The City of Buffalo Poverty Reduction and Neighborhood Development Initiative

 

The Center for Urban Studies (CENTER) in conjunction with the City of Buffalo, Community Action Organization of Erie County (CAO) community leaders and other organizations compose the City of Buffalo Poverty Reductionand Neighborhood Development Task Force. The primary objective of the task force is to establisha Poverty Reduction and Neighborhoods Development System (PRNDS)- a network of resources and strategic action plan that work toward the reduction of unemployment, education, economic, health, housing and policy barriers conditional to urban poverty.
