Economic Development Project

Program Manager: Jacqueline Hall

The goal of the UB-ESNTP's economic development activities is to stimulate commercial corridor development and build the capacity of entrepreneurs in the Martin Luther King Jr. and Fruit Belt neighborhoods. In particular, the UB-ESNTP has focused its economic development efforts on the Jefferson and Fillmore Avenue commercial corridors. The UB-ESNTP has partnerships with a diverse group of organizations engaged in economic development activities in the target area, including: the UB School of Management's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, nonprofits, the public sector, and local business associations.
