New Mecca Complex- The Eating Place

(Food Court)

So you've got an appetite, but not quite sure how you want to satisfy it. Maybe you would like a quick snack like a tasty Submarine Sandwich of your own design (not Subway), Pizza and Wings, a healthy Toss or Chef Salad, or how about a hearty Corned Beef sandwich or a tender Roast Beef on Wick?  Perhaps you would prefer a quick dinner meal instead like Fried or Rotisserie Chicken, a Haddock or Whiting Fish Diner, or BBQ Beef Rib dinner with all your favorite side dishes. What if it's just a raging sweet tooth that won't let you go? So where can you go to satisfy all these different cravings? The Eating Place Food Court is the place for you.

The Eating Place Food Court is a unique restaurant establishment that combines three distinct eating outlets in one upscale fast food atmosphere. For the tenant, The Eating Place will be designed to suite and support restaurateurs who desire a turn - key opportunity with lower start up expense, in a fast growing community. The new tenant will have a great opportunity to earn large profits in a new market.

The Jefferson Ave. commercial district is presently experiencing a strategic revitalization initiated by Mayor Byron Brown, and the City of Buffalo. Their study of the Jefferson Ave. market area reveals an extremely high potential for retail sales, especially in the restaurant industry.  That's a large pie to slice from. It's a first come first serve market. The restaurant industry alone is projected to capture 65% of the market, garner up to 205.35 dollars per sq. ft. (not including take-out and catering), and according to their study has a projected sales potential of 7,804,394 dollars. In addition there are significant incentives in place to support new business in this Enterprise Zone.

The Eating Place Food Court is uniquely situated to provide profitable opportunities for three distinct restaurant businesses under one roof. The dinning area will be design in an upscale ambiance of brick and brass, and plants with two flat screen TV's, internet access, and full glass windows for open visibility inside and out. Convenient parking will be available adjacent to the complex. The kitchen facilities will be equipped with the major appliances necessary to accommodate new start up business. Restaurant owners / managers will have the option to participate in "joint marketing" campaigns to cut cost and increase sales.

Speaking of marketing, consider a monthly "Throw Down Challenge" inviting community contestants to compete with their best of selected dishes. Additional benefits will come from the facility's 100 seat Seminar Room in the basement were tenants will have the opportunity to cater selective events.
